Write to the desk

The desk reads everything sent to [email protected]. It is an ordinary inbox, so please do not send medical records, photos of your scalp or anything you would not want stored in email.

What we can help with

• Corrections. If a price, date or rule on the site is wrong, tell us which page and, if you can, where you saw the newer figure. We check it against the source before changing anything, and update the date when we do.
• Sources. If you want to know where a figure came from, ask; every one is recorded with its link and the day it was read.
• Broken links or pages that do not display properly on your phone or browser.

What we cannot help with

We cannot answer medical questions, assess your hair loss, tell you whether you need surgery, or recommend a clinic or surgeon. Nobody at PerGraft is a clinician. For anything about your own hair, please see a doctor or a board-certified dermatologist.

We also do not accept requests from clinics, lenders or agencies to be listed, ranked or linked. The one commercial relationship we have is described on our affiliate disclosure.

Response times

We reply to corrections as soon as we have checked them against the source, which can take a few days. We do not run a newsletter or keep a mailing list, so writing to us never signs you up for anything.
